Express Appliance Care may collect information you choose to provide by phone or form, such as name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, appliance type, brand, repair symptom, urgency, preferred contact time, and details. We may also collect technical information such as referring page, browser, device, and call tracking data.

By submitting a repair request, you agree that Express Appliance Care and/or service providers may contact you about that request by phone or email, and that we can save your request details. Consent is not required to call for help — you can always call our number directly instead. Based on that consent, we use this information to respond to requests, route inquiries, improve the site, prevent spam, and measure page-level performance, and we may share request details with service providers who can respond to the inquiry.

Text Messages (Optional)

Text messaging is optional and never required to use our service. If you check the separate, optional text-message box on our request form, we send one text message confirming your request with the direct line to call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
